Tuesday Home Workout


Location: Home

Equipment needed: Pull-up Bar

Time Needed: 20-25minutes

Warm-Up: Your Choice (5 Minutes)

Workout: 3 Rounds

-Burpees: 10 reps

-Push-up: 20 reps

-Mountain Climbers: 20 reps

-Sit-ups: 25 reps

-Body Squats-25 reps

Workout Continuation: 2 Rounds

-Wall Sit w/ Punches: 30 seconds (Conduct a wall sit and punch forward keeping core tight)

-L-Sit: 30 seconds (Hang on Pull-up bar, lift legs parallel and hold)

-Wall Sit w/ Punches: 30 seconds

-L-Sit: 30 Seconds

-Plank: 1:00 Minute
